You Probably Shouldn’t be a Project Manager if:

  1. You have a problem working with different type of people
  2. If you’re not good at organizing
  3. If you easily get distracted
  4. You can’t self-critique
  5. You can’t see the big picture of a business (Risk…need insight of the possible issues)
  6. You have don’t see the need in planning
  7. You can’t management money well
  8. You are afraid of conflict
  9. You are not a great problem solver
  10. You’re not always cognizant of the time
  11. If you have an issue communicating well
  12. You don’t have respect amongst your peers
